Legend
Coverage character was read country by country out of the cached Plonk It country guides (plonkit.net), which state it outright — "all coverage was taken with a Generation 3 trekker", "the entirety of the coverage is made with a trekker camera", "coverage was taken by a black Google car". 137 countries and territories come from that text, including every one of the 18 classed as non-car. Plonk It's Spillover Countries guide supplied The Gambia, Guyana and Venezuela, whose only official footage is a Google car crossing a border, and Paraguay. A further 47 entries rest on public record — Street View availability is visible to anyone on Google Maps and is not in dispute: nine well-known car-coverage countries that have no cached Plonk It guide, and thirty-eight countries where Google has never published official coverage and only user photospheres exist. apps/web/src/data/countries.json and the project's own GSV checklist were used to decide which countries to look into, never as the answer — the boolean there calls Belarus a Street View country, which is true only of a single walking trekker. The remaining 63 countries are recorded as unknown rather than guessed. Last reviewed .
