If LockIn helps your game,
you can help LockIn back.
No ads. No paywall. No premium tier hiding the good guides. Just a small project we run on weekends, supported by the readers who find it useful. If that's you — and you'd like to chip in — this is the page for it.
Your name won't appear in the public supporters list. Receipt is still emailed to you.
Card processing by Stripe. We never see your number.
What donations support
Four buckets, in roughly the order we prioritise them.
- API server, database, cache
- Image storage and CDN bandwidth
- Domain, transactional email
- Google Maps & Street View
- OpenAI for extraction & embeddings
- Error monitoring
- Mobile polish + accessibility
- Image-pipeline reliability
- Browser-extension maintenance
- Bounties for new region guides
- Translation passes
- Screenshot rights
Other ways that genuinely help
A donation is the simplest, but it's nowhere near the only thing.
Pick an under-covered country and tell us what its meta is. Your name goes on the byline.
It feeds our coverage maps. The more players running it, the better the data, the better every guide gets.
A single shout-out in your clan or Discord goes a long way. Word of mouth is genuinely how this grew.
